  Convenient for the airport which was the reason I booked it. The airport shuttle operating every 20 minutes 24/7 significantly useful.

  Room allocated was very noisy: flights departing, the lift (elevator) working continuously all night, noise from the neighbouring room, the water pipes and drains.

  The staff, availabilty ((I had booked my room at 7 pm that night) hard wood floors, clean. Breakfast was awesome, little bit to expensive though. Bed was comfortable, liked the fact that we had soft and firm pillows.

  Can't think of anything at the moment, other than the parking was to expensive.

  The location was great close to almost everything including the reason why we came I loved the breakfast staff the hotel was being renovated so we didn't experience the pool or the gym

  The breakfast if I'm paying more for breakfast it can't be the same everyday management could be better the overall staff could be nicer and more accommodating

  The cleanliness of the room

  When i made my reservation online thru Trivago i specified that i needed a room with 2 beds because i had another person with me. But when i arrived to the hotel i was given a room with 1 king bed so i spoke to the gentelmen at the front desk and showed him that my reservation confirmation clearly says 2 beds. But he was quite rude and dismissal about it ( i believe it was in part because i look young and he didnt take me seriously or didnt feel like i deserved the same respect as someone older or with more money) and said that they cant guarantee 2 beds if i made a reservation thru Trivago. So i explained that nowhere in the website they made that statement . Then he proceded to tell me that he wasnt going to do anything about it and that there was no point on arguing about it. My co-worker had to leave to go find anothwr hotel to stay at. I wasnt pleased with the type of treatment i was given. ...customer service is about helping the customer not about being rude.

  The decor is very nice, up to date and elegant. There was a misunderstanding about my booking, I thought I had booked for 2 doubles and got one king, but the front desk took care of it very efficiently. It's super close to terminal 1, which was why we chose it!

  Breakfast starts at 6:30 but we had to leave at that time.

  We were given the wrong room- one bed in stead of two. The staff gave us a hard time when we asked to switch. We also were told when we checked in we had a complimentary breakfast, but after sitting down to eat the staff chased us out and demanded we pay $16 per person. Thanks a lot....
